Title: Dash sometimes does not search for applications when online results are turned off Status in Unity: New Status in unity package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Dash stops searching for locally installed applications whenever I turn of the online results feature from privacy settings. Sometimes Unity immediately stops returning results for apps and sometimes it takes a restart for the bug to appear. I'm using a 2013 MBPro with Intel Graphics. I'm using Unity 7.1.2 (saucy) on a 2013 MBPro with Intel Graphics.
