Title:
  systemd spams kernel log with debug kernel cmdline option

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When using Vivid on my Laptop I have the following messages in dmesg:
  [  269.561067] systemd-logind[3285]: Got message type=signal
sender=org.freedesktop.DBus destination=n/a object=/org/freedesktop/DBus
interface=org.freedesktop.DBus member=NameOwnerChanged cookie=30 reply_cookie=0
error=n/a
  [  269.561135] systemd-logind[3285]: Got message type=signal
sender=org.freedesktop.DBus destination=n/a object=/org/freedesktop/DBus
interface=org.freedesktop.DBus member=NameOwnerChanged cookie=31 reply_cookie=0
error=n/a
  [  269.564970] systemd-logind[3285]: Got message type=signal sender=:1.82
destination=:1.17 object=/org/freedesktop/systemd1
interface=org.freedesktop.systemd1.Manager member=JobRemoved cookie=4
reply_cookie=0 error=n/a
  [ 269.565261] systemd-logind[3285]: Sending reply about created session:
id=c3 object_path=/org/freedesktop/login1/session/c3 uid=1000
runtime_path=/run/user/1000 session_fd=18 seat= vtnr=0
  etc...

  They should be turned off as they distract from actually seeing kernel
  messages.
