Ubuntu 13.04 has reached end of life and is no longer supported. Can you
still reproduce this problem on 14.04 or 14.10?

UNITY, arent able to close maxmised windows because the buttons wont
show.

Bug description:
look in the screenshot, my mouse was at that point i marked, but the
buttons wont show, this happaned in 13.04 when playing a bit with the
settings of unity (only using built in functions), also ive installed
cinnamon and gnome3
