Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 dev with e2fsprogs 1.42.12-1ubuntu1 and if a
device is mounted multiple times e4defrag doesn't notice this and will
check/defragment the files multiple times. Here is an example:

root@ubuntu:~# e4defrag -c /dev/sda1 | grep extents
 Total/best extents 176021/174899
root@ubuntu:~# mount /dev/sda1 /mnt
root@ubuntu:~# e4defrag -c /dev/sda1 | grep extents
 Total/best extents 352050/349805

** Affects: e2fsprogs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
