ok...so uninstalled all the "not seen" but installed scopes except for like 2....did a reinstall on one of those, showed up in favorites, reboot & disappeared. so it seems once you pass the threshold, uninstalling doesn't help recover

Reboot phone Result All the above installed scopes all disappear from the scopes overview screen and are no longer favorited.
