Here's a way to repro: * with one finger, slide in the launcher from the left, do not release * with another finger, scroll the launcher up/down => instead of scrolling, the launcher enters dragging mode but upon release, dragging mode is not left. The launcher is messed up and the phone needs to be rebooted to recover.
