Light-themes do not integrate with new gnome header bars.

Bug description:
Light-themes do not integrate into newly introduced header bars (in
gnome 3.10 ) The Programms using them work but do not look well.
This issue affects Software like "gnome photos" , "gnome music" etc. which
are standard and should be fixed.
If somebody could give me a hint, i also could try to fix this.
