This will be somewhat easier with scopes-as-apps, since every app will have its own .url-dispatcher file, and there will only be one scope UI per app, no more scope-over-scope, no more overview/manage etc.

It just seems to be ignored. Example: -> Amazon scope is not in favourites and visible -> run "url-dispatcher scope://clickscope" from the shell -> it will be ignored.
