in the directories like http://192.168.0.100/ubuntu/dists/trusty/ I have a InRelease file <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> <title>replace</title> <body> <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript"> var pageName = '/'; top.location.replace(pageName); </script> </body> </html> if I am deleting it all works fine but after the next refresh of apt- mirror InRelease is back and it happens the same. But I hope the fine devs can find a way to better deal with broken proxies. This is a very visible issue, a large number of internet connections are behind proxies and the users cannot do anything about it.
