Title:
Double clicking launcher icon that goes to a different workspace
causes it to get stuck.

Bug description:
To Reproduce:
1) Have 2 different windows on different workspaces. (gnome-terminal on
workspace 1, gedit on workspace 2)
2) Start on workspace 1, click gedit
3) While its going to a different workspace click and hold the mouse down
until the workspace switch is done.
Result:
The launcher icon wont leave the launcher, and gets stuck in a weird state.
Expected:
Normal Drag and Drop of the launcher icon.
