+ [krillin] Data connection doesn't switch from Wifi to Cellular

** Description changed:

Conditions to reproduce are not clear.
- *Sometimes* when going out of Wifi range, data doesn't switch to 3G/4G. I
waited 45min and the connection never established. When I'm back within Wifi
range, the device reconnects to the AP and data is working.
