text missing when printing some pdf documents

Bug description:
When printing a pdf to a Samsung M2835dw with either the Samsung M262x 282x
Series PXL driver, or the Samsung M262x 282x Foomatic/pxlmono driver from
evince areas of the text are not printed.
Printing to the Samsung M262x 282x Foomatic/lj5gray driver works correctly.
Printing the same document from xpdf works correctly. However saving the pdf
produced by evince and then printing that with xpdf also fails.
I suspect that the issue is a ghostscript issue but the recommendation
was to report printing problems as a cups issue first.
Attached is a document saved by evince that when sent directly to the
driver reproduces the problem. When printed the Invoice address, the
delivery address and all pricing information is hidden.
