Bug description:

After rejecting an incoming call multiple times, the incoming call
notification stops appearing.
1. Dial your Ubuntu phone from another phone
2. Reject call from Ubuntu phone
3. repeat step 1 and 2 multiple times
What happens:
No notification for incoming call, no sound whatsoever.
