Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security

Bug description:
Hi there, i got a problem with ntp after the last update of my ubuntu

connecting any 3 min again and again i only could stop it by stoping
  the ntp service completly.

here are the ip 's that where connected by ntp

  5.9.156.53

  144.76.172.53

  131.234.137.23

  91.189.94.4

I check them by doing a whois they all seems legid to me but ntp still
connecting all the time,
i try sudo ntpd -q -g -x -n and it says time is still sync but ntp not stops
connecting.

I reinstall a fresh Ubuntu and after updating the dist the problem
  still comes back!

Please check this and fix it.
