Title: Inertial scrolling "jumps" one line just after it stops Status in Web Browser App: In Progress Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When scrolling in the browser, inertial scrolling behaves strangely. After a flick, the scrolling slows down gently, as it is supposed to, until it comes to rest. Then it rapidly jumps a further short distance.
