Public bug reported:

When I send a text message to someone sometimes they receive a blank text.
This has happened on two occasions, first when the text was rather long, after
I split it into two texts it delivered fine.
And another time which I sent a few times which became blank on the receiving
phone I removed the emoji character "🎥" and then the text went through fine,
the receiving person has an Iphone.

** Affects: messaging-app (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
