Message view blank when invoked over url

Bug description:
Steps:
* go to dialer, bottom swipe for history, drag a contact left and tap on
message icon
or
* tap on an incoming message notification
or
* invoke url-dispatcher, replacing "<number>" with a number you have
messaging history for:
$ gdbus call --session -d com.canonical.URLDispatcher -o
/com/canonical/URLDispatcher -m com.canonical.URLDispatcher.DispatchURL
"message:///<number>" ""
* send a message from that page
Expected:
* you can see the message history
* new message shows after sending
Current:
* there's a blank page
* still blank after sending
