Thanks. Unfortunately the log file doesn't help, but I'm glad you got upgraded! system-image 3.0 (not yet available) does have a different phased update algorithm, which might solve the problem you had. I'm going to mark this incomplete but you can always open it again if it happens again.

I got my BQ device today and proceeded to set up accounts and get it updated. At first I got application updates and no system-image updates. On looking at the version number, I noticed that it was r16. It was last updated on 30-1-2015 according to the about page in the system settings app. Now while I understand that OTA-3 (r21) is being phased, I would expect my phone to at least be updated to OTA-2 (r20) since OTA-2 is out for everyone. phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ system-image-cli --info current build number: 16 device name: krillin channel: ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en alias: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09 last update: 2015-01-30 16:07:46 version version: 16 version ubuntu: 20150129 version device: 20150129-c75dcfb version custom: 20150129-528-26-182 If there are any logs you would like, please let me know.
