  High unity8-dash CPU usage when adding account

Bug description:
  On stock #178 image on mako, steps to produce:

  1. Go to app store
  2. Click in Machines and Machines + Click on Install
  3. Ubuntu One account adding screen should appear. unity8-dash consumes 100+% 
CPU even when screen is off. Around 103% when screen is off, 140% when screen 
is on. unity8 at respectively 8% / 35%.

  No logs seem to be accumulating constant error messages or anything.
