It’s not hard to fix, but there have been other priorities which prevented this 
one from making its way into RTM until now.
Now RTM is locked down until it is rebased on vivid, which will happen very 
soon (next OTA update), at which point you will get the fonts installed by 
default. Sorry that it’s taking so long, just a tiny bit more patience :)

Bug description:
  In browser app including facebook and google+ web app nepali unicode
  texts are displayed as rectangle boxes instead of actual texts.
  Doesn't it support unicode?
