It was on a Nexus 5, and the issue rendered the phone unusable, so I uninstalled for the time being.

When making a call, it will just hang for a few seconds, then tell me call failed. When sending a text message, I can type the whole thing out, but when I press send, it just goes into thin air. Does not show up in the messages app, and the receiver does not receive anything. I also tested calling the phone from my wifes phone, and I was able to receive the call, though it didn't really recognize I was in a call, allowing me to still use the dial pad and such, until I swiped away from the dialer and then it showed green at the top saying to return to call. I tried ending the phone call from my phone and it said call failed, though they were still connected and talking to each other, so I had to cancel it on my wifes.
