[15.04] Unity quicklists disappear when mouse is not focused over
launcher.

Bug description:
Right-clicking an icon on the Unity tray (not sure of the real name)
and attempting to click any menu item causes the menu to disappear,
before it can even be reached. The menu disappears the moment the
mouse exits the panel.
