Bug description:
Version: ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en r21 vegeta
Don't have a scenario to reproduce this at the moment - but observed
on few occasions.
Symptoms:
* Have been connected to Wi-Fi network for a while (Canonical-2.4GHz-g)
* Connection appears to drop
* Indicator icon shows me no information about data connectivity (see
screenshot)
* Indicator menu shows presence on a unsecured network of same name - this
doesn't exist
* ifconfig indicates wifi still connected
* can browse internet
