Public bug reported:

I opened Ubuntu Store and searched for something. The progress bar at the
bottom of the page started going from left to right and back again. It lasted
about 30 seconds. After that progress bar disappeared and nothing showed up on
the screen. Then I realized the internet is not working.
Would be helpful to inform a user about lack of connection in case like that.

** Affects: unity-scope-click (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
