Title:
  Disabling "Other vibrations" in Sound settings is not working as
  expected.

Status in ubuntu-system-settings package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  After switching off "Other vibrations" in the Sound settings I expect
  all haptic feedback to be disabled. Unfortunately I could still feel
  vibrations when touching buttons for example.

  It seems all components which have been derived from AbstractButton{}
  provided by the Ubuntu SDK ignore the "Other Vibrations" settings.

  This is reproducible on,
  OTA-4 BQ E4.5 r23
  Nexus 4 ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu 15.04 r165
