Public bug reported:

When sending a text message, and after carefully spacing things for example to
make an ascii art picture.
The spacing is removed and it messes up the text, I do not understand why this
is done at all.

Example:

     (-,-)
 >--(__:__)--<
   (_______)

I made this snowman© and I used to send it to people on my old phone,
now this is impossible to do as the whitespace is removed.

Another Example:

   Here is some text

I want this text to be in a new paragraph

   Then some more text

In this example there is no way to produce the blank lines in the text.

Please fix!
