Our core-Put-session-scopes-into-all-cgroup-controllers.patch does not
seem to work any more under wily:
$ cat /proc/self/cgroup

6:cpu,cpuacct:/user.slice
5:cpuset:/user.slice
4:perf_event:/user.slice
