It seems this was "fixed" by no longer recommending reisersfsprogrs in
standard.

Bug description:
current ubuntu-standard (1.154) recommends reiserfsprogs, but does not
do the same for xfsprogs. Given that Xfs and Reiserfs are equal in
terms of goal and function, I don't see a reason why they should be
treated differently.
Could xfsprogs be added to the Recommends-list of -standard?
