The keyboard doesn't appear when the focus is on the contact text
field when user create new SMS

Bug description:
Device : Arale (Meizu MX4 Ubuntu Edition) v2
I wanted to create a new SMS but I can't write the number of the
receiver because the keyboard is hide. Can only choose a contact
