Title:
Debconf KDE frontend is unable to run

Status in debconf package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
The Debconf KDE frontend is unable to run and falls back to the Dialog
frontend, raising the error:
(Unable to load QtCore -- is libqtcore4-perl installed?)

To reproduce, simply select KDE as the debconf frontend, without
  installing liblist-moreutils-perl.

This is due to a missing dependency on liblist-moreutils-perl in
libdebconf-kde0, which causes /usr/lib/perl5/QtCore4.pm to be unable
  to compile/run.
