That was before the OAT (r2). However, I am on r3 now, and I see the same problem: I have my phone plugged in right now, green symbol, but the battery indicator is stuck at 43%. However, the graph updates: It shows a horizontal line at 43%.
I'd love to include the output of system-image-cli, but copy-and-paste does not work in the Ubuntu phone's browser. I'll file a bug report for that next ;-).
