Mute state not restored when a call ends

Status in telepathy-ofono package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
1) receive/make a call
2) in dialer-app mute the call
3) hangup the call.
4) receive/make another call
Expected behavior:
Call is not muted
Current behavior:
Call is muted but in the live call view it show as it is not muted.
To make it work again you have to manually mute/unmute
