I can reproduce it. When it happens then click scope gets "stuck" and runs indefinitely (scoperunner doesn't get killed) and doesn't respond to search / preview requests anymore. Attached is the stacktrace of all threads when it is in such state. By the look of things it is stuck on a conditional variable in pay::Package::is_refundable().
