Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to the hotspot page 2. Enter FlightMode from the indicator menu 3. Enable the hotspot Expected results: It's not possible to activate the hotspot Actual results: It's possible to activate the hotspot Note, if you go to some other page, activate flight-mode and try to go back to the hotspot page, you will be prevented from doing so by system settings ( No SIM detected is shown ).
