You have been subscribed to a public bug: Some time ago, I've found some discussion about disabling Light Locker for Live CD sessions, because a locked live session becomes unlockable.
I'm observing the same behaviour with a desktop guest session: when AFK, the guest session locks and becomes unlockable. The only workaround I've found until now is customizing the guest session following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CustomizeGuestSession , disabling Light Locker. I wonder if Light Locker could be disabled by default for desktop guest sessions. I'm not sure if it should be implemented in light-locker itself or in xubuntu-default-settings. ** Affects: lightdm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Fix Released ** Affects: xubuntu-default-settings (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Fix Released -- Light locker should be disabled for guest sessions by default https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1337834 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to lightdm in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
