Bug description:
I have noticed for quite some time that certain scopes like Ubuntu
News (by Chris Wayne), Uapp Explorer don't show comment boxes in the
scope preview page. As a result I am unable to review those scopes. I
am unable to notice in a pattern as for other scopes I can review them
properly.
