For under $150 dollars, you'll have to go with a one-way remote, like one of the Harmony models. Unfortunately, the screen doesn't really add anything in this case, except some soft buttons.
I'd have to recommend either a Controller or iPod touch if you want to be able to browse your music from your hand, which puts you at $200- $300.
