I telephoned Logitech on the e-commerce number +44 (0)203 024 81 60, received a incident number and told that I would then receive an email to confirm the cancellation of my order. The e-mail did arrive but took over a week! I had ordered mine with the 20% discount, but just could not be bothered with tracking the order.
