Shouldn't this be taken care of inside Logitech ?

different parts of Logitech gives the customer different indications. I
realize Logitech is a big company, but still, saying that someone that
works in a different part of the same company doesn't have a clue can't
be a good idea...

As a customer, I do expect to get the answer on questions like these
from my sales representative or market annoucements/press releases.
