I'm currently using 6 Actiontec MegaPlug A/V 200 adapters ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001OOZ1X2 ) and can recommend them highly. You probably won't get 200mbs, but you will get a rock-solid connection at wireless-G speeds at least. I've been recommending them to my relatives and they work well for them too.
