Why do people get so aggressive on this forum. One member finds benefit from replacing a power supply and others say he cant get any benefit.
Very few of us have access to the equipment to measure the output of a squeezebox particularly the jitter on the SPdif output, but we all have ears that can outperform the best measuring equipment I have made quite a few Linear power supplies for squeezebox and all of the users report an improvement in the quality of the audio they hear either using analogue or SPdif. Im in the camp that believes there is more to power supply design than voltage and current output.
