You're right - some communication is better than none (though I haven't personally seen seen a message yet.) However, giving themselves a two month long window for release isn't particularly impressive in my book. And given the fracas over the already out-of-stock Radio batteries, one has to wonder how in-stock Touch inventories are going to match up against orders when opening day finally arrives. Logitech's handling of the Squeezebox products has been a real Alice In Wonderland show.
