Just received an email from Logitech today with a customer survey link asking how I liked my online shopping experience for the unit they've still not yet shipped.
I especially enjoyed the question as to how I liked the product's packaging. Now that's just downright fascinating! They seem to have a natural instinct at this company for how to turn up the volume on the boneheaded move meter just when you thought it was about as high as it could go.
