I can see were this line of thinking comes from when there are streaming Video devices for $195 dollars that also do audio, but that is were it ends for me. Most of these require ones TV or monitor to be on to control the device if one wants visual feedback. Personally, I don't want to 'have' to turn on my 50 inch plasma just to listen to music. Also does the price point really matter? I haven't seen the Sonos prices dropping lately and they are insane in my opinion for an audio only streaming device when compared to Squeezebox. Yes, I to believe that Squeezebox and Sonos, to a degree, are a geek/niche market. But with Sonos's prices, does it not appear to be a healthy market?
