That looks like part of the setup screen, which comes from the firmware, not SBS. So the size button may not work at this particular point. What size was the text set at before you got to this point? Is the text cut off when you have the usual SBS menus (ie, not the setup menus)? Offhand, the missing text here doesn't look good for your SB3, so it's good for you to get it sorted out before you try to sell it.
