It has been discussed that it should be fairly simple to create a third party applet that makes it possible to change these settings in the built-in server. I suspect someone will make this applet soon, it's just a matter of time until some of the people with development skill gets frustrated enough. Until then, you can always enable "Remote Login" and login with ssh (for example by installing putty.exe on Windows) and modify the server.prefs file manually. Creating a separate "Composers" menu should also be fairly simple and the same would also be the case for "Conductors". A "Works" menu will be a little bit harder because it requires changes in the database. The good news is that the built-in server is possible to patch, so third party developers can make a patch that can be easily installed through the "Patch Installer" applet (available in my testing repository).
