Make sure you haven't enabled MAC filtering in your router that results
in that it can't get a network connection. MAC filtering is usually
disabled, so if you haven't enabled it manually that's probably not the
cause. If it tries to connect to MySB.com it feels like this shouldn't
be the problem.

There has been some disturbances in the MySB.com service in Europe
during the last week. Possibly that could have caused the setup process
to get in some unexpected state.

You can try to do a factory reset by holding the reset button above the
power connector until the Logitech logo appears on the screen, I think
it takes about 15 seconds or so. Release the reset button as soon as
you see the Logitech logo on the screen.

Before you try the factory reset, you can open up a web browser towards
http://mysqueezebox.com and make sure it's available.

I'd recommend you to use wired connection during the setup process to
make sure your problems aren't caused by some network problem. You can
re-configure it to use Wireless through the settings menu later if
that's what you like to use.
