Make sure you haven't enabled MAC filtering in your router that results in that it can't get a network connection. MAC filtering is usually disabled, so if you haven't enabled it manually that's probably not the cause. If it tries to connect to MySB.com it feels like this shouldn't be the problem.
There has been some disturbances in the MySB.com service in Europe during the last week. Possibly that could have caused the setup process to get in some unexpected state. You can try to do a factory reset by holding the reset button above the power connector until the Logitech logo appears on the screen, I think it takes about 15 seconds or so. Release the reset button as soon as you see the Logitech logo on the screen. Before you try the factory reset, you can open up a web browser towards http://mysqueezebox.com and make sure it's available. I'd recommend you to use wired connection during the setup process to make sure your problems aren't caused by some network problem. You can re-configure it to use Wireless through the settings menu later if that's what you like to use. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend that you contact Logitech support: http://www.logitechsqueezebox.com/support/contact-support.html -- erland Erland Isaksson 'My homepage' (http://erland.isaksson.info) (Install my plugins through Extension Downloader) (Developer of 'TrackStat, SQLPlayList, DynamicPlayList, Custom Browse, Custom Scan, Custom Skip, Multi Library, Title Switcher and Database Query plugins' (http://wiki.erland.isaksson.info/index.php/Category:SlimServer)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ erland's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3124 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77396 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
