On Amazon it states that order is filled through Crutchfield's. I ordered directly from Cruchfield and my touch was shipped yesterday. I would suggest going to Crutchfields site and Click on Support and Check on Order Status. Asks if you want to check on Amazon Order and go that route to see what it says. Good Luck...
