Can't speak for the Harmony, but the Touch IR remote will work using the "+" button and/or the arrows. I'd suggest, in the beginning, make a bogus-test Playlist and start adding to it and saving it via different methods so you understand how all of these different methods can function. You might be able to copy your current SBS Playlists over to Touch's USB, or somehow manipulate such Playlists to work on Touch's USB. I never tried moving Playlists to Touch.
