I can understand the sentiment toward the Duet, but it's not warrented toward the Touch. I own both and can say that from direct experience. Setting up the Touch was as easy as it was to set up my SB3. Actually, it's easier because the Touch interface gives you a virtual keyboard to use to enter usernames and passwords, which is a lot easier to use than the remote. The Duet has come a long way since it was initially released. It has had taken time to stabilize, but it has.
